If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, I will arrange a full refund.
If you change your mind, please return the item(s) within 28 days of receipt to ollie & fred, 83 Ducie St, Manchester, M1 2JQ. Any return postage fees will not be refunded.
All items must be packaged securely and returned in a perfect condition. They must be free of any stains or odours and be unworn.
If items are not sent back to me in the condition set out above, or after the 28 day returns period, I will send them back to you and unfortunately I will not be able to issue a refund.
Always ask for proof of returns postage, or return the item(s) by recorded delivery. I are not responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) in transit.
If a returned item(s) is lost or damaged in transit, I cannot refund any amounts attributed to such loss or damage.
I aim to process any return within one week following the receipt of goods.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me directly at within 28 days. All items must be returned free of any stains or odours and be unworn.
If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item please email us within 7 days of your parcel arriving. Please email or include photographs of the faulty or damaged items. Once the parcel has been posted back to me please email a photo of your postage receipt in order to receive a refund for your postage costs.
If you do not email me within 7 days of receiving your parcel, I will not be able to refund any items damaged in transit.
I am not responsible for any returns sent back to me that are lost in the mail. I recommend using a tracked service so that you can trace your parcel. I am not liable if your return is lost before it reaches me, if this happens I recommend contacting your postal service provider.
If you are returning items from overseas you must clearly state on the customs declaration that the parcel you are sending is ‘RETURNED GOODS’, if this is not declared you will be liable for any costs incurred.
If an order is returned to me due to an incomplete/incorrect address or an order which has not been collected from a sorting office, the amount for the item(s) will be refunded back to the original payment method but the original postage paid (and any charges) will not be refunded.
There will be a postage charge if you'd like me to re-send returned parcels. Parcels will only be dispatched once postage payment has been received. A refund for the item can be arranged and it will take 5-10 days to reach your account.
Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
If the items are returned as outlined above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 - 10 days.
Only fully priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days from date of order.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not dispatch at weekends or offer same day or next delivery. If you require next day delivery please contact us at for a quote.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when finalising your order on the checkout page. We aim to dispatch items asap so if you have made a mistake please contact us urgently at . Incorrect addresses cannot be amended after your items have been dispatched. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to us and any delays/costs incurred due to incorrect information supplied to us.
If your parcel is missing, please contact us at . We will provide you with a tracking number and proof of posting and we will do everything we can to help trace any missing parcels. We do not take any responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post.

Delivery costs will be added at checkout. If the option you require is not available, please email me at email@example.com and let me know which items you are interested in and your delivery address. I will provide you with a postage cost and estimated delivery date before you place an order.
If you order goods from my website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
