I aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days from date of order.  Unless an item has been pre-ordered.  However, I do try and send out the orders as soon as possible so most orders will be posted out on the same day if they are received before 3pm.  Please email orders@ollieandfred.co.uk if you need something quicker and I can look at the options.

Delivery costs will be added at checkout.  If the option you require is not available, please email me and let us know which items you are interested in and your delivery address. I will provide you with a postage cost and estimated delivery before you place an order.

All parcels will be tracked and a tracking reference number will be supplied once the order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when finalising your order on the checkout page.  I aim to dispatch items asap so if you have made a mistake please contact me asap at orders@ollieandfred.co.uk.  Incorrect addresses cannot be amended after your items have been dispatched.  I am not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to me and any delays/costs incurred due to incorrect information supplied to me.
