I aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days from date of order. Unless an item has been pre-ordered. However, I do try and send out the orders as soon as possible so most orders will be posted out on the same day if they are received before 3pm. Unfortunately, at the moment I do not dispatch at weekends or offer same day delivery.

Delivery costs will be added at checkout. If the option you require is not available, please email me and let us know which items you are interested in and your delivery address. I will provide you with a postage cost and estimated delivery before you place an order.
Please note that I do not take responsibility or pay for international custom charges.
All parcels will be tracked and a tracking reference number will be supplied once the order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when finalising your order on the checkout page. I aim to dispatch items asap so if you have made a mistake please contact me asap at firstname.lastname@example.org. Incorrect addresses cannot be amended after your items have been dispatched. I am not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to me and any delays/costs incurred due to incorrect information supplied to me.
If your parcel is missing, please contact me asap at email@example.com. I will do everything I can to help trace any missing parcels. I do not take any responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post.
