If you would like to return an item to us, please read our returns policy below:

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, we will arrange a full refund. 

If you change your mind, please return the item(s) within 28 days of receipt to ollie & fred, 83 Ducie St, Manchester, M1 2JQ.  Any return postage fees will not be refunded.

All items must be packaged securely and returned in a perfect condition.  They must be free of any stains or odours and be unworn.

If items are not sent back to us in the condition set out above, or after the 28 day returns period, we will send them back to you and unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

Always ask for proof of returns postage, or return the item(s) by recorded delivery.  We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) in transit. 

If a returned item(s) is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot refund any amounts attributed to such loss or damage.

Please complete the returns form which was included  in your parcel.  We will not be able to process your return without this form as it helps us to locate your order and payment details.  If you have discarded it, please email us at orders@ollieandfred.co.uk and we will email you a replacement form.

We aim to process any return within one week following the receipt of goods.

We are unable to offer an exchange policy. If you would like a different style/colour, please place a new order for the item you require then follow the returns policy above to return the unwanted item back to us.

If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item from us please email us within 7 days of your parcel arriving. Please include photographs of the faulty or damaged item and enclose the returns form in the parcel. Once the parcel has been posted back to us please email a photo of your postage receipt in order to receive a refund for your postage costs.

If you do not email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we will not be able to refund any items damaged in transit.

We are not responsible for any returns sent back to us that are lost in the mail. We recommend using a tracked service so that you can trace your parcel.  We are not liable if your return is lost before it reaches us, if this happens we recommend contacting your postal service provider.

If you are returning items from overseas you must clearly state on the customs declaration that the parcel you are sending is ‘RETURNED GOODS’, if this is not declared you will be liable for any costs incurred.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or an order which has not been collected from a sorting office, the amount for the item(s) will be refunded back to the original payment method but the original postage paid (and any charges) will not be refunded.

There will be a postage charge if you'd like us to re-send returned parcels.  Parcels will only be dispatched once postage payment has been received.  A refund for the item can be arranged and it will take 5-10 days to reach your account.  

Refunds 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If the items are returned as outlined above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 - 10 days.

Only fully priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
